Return & Refund Policy

Overview

All Demachy Car Gel Perfume products are sold exclusively through Amazon India. Your purchase is protected by Amazon India's standard buyer protection and return policies, which apply automatically to every order.

We stand behind the quality of every Demachy product. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will ensure it is resolved promptly.

What Can Be Returned

• Item received in damaged or broken condition
• Item received defective (gel not intact, lid broken, leaking)
• Wrong item or wrong fragrance delivered
• Item significantly different from the product description
• Item not delivered within the estimated delivery window

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Product has been used or partially consumed
• Seal or packaging has been removed (unless item is defective)
• Return request raised after 10 days of delivery
• Fragrance preference or personal dislike (we recommend checking our fragrance descriptions at demachy.in before purchasing)

How to Initiate a Return

All returns are processed directly through Amazon India. Follow these steps:

1. Go to amazon.in → Your Orders → find your Demachy order
2. Click "Return or Replace Items"
3. Select the reason for return and submit your request
4. Amazon will schedule a pickup or ask you to drop off at a nearby hub
5. Refund is credited within 3–7 business days after the item is picked up

Refunds

Refunds are processed by Amazon India to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Credit / Debit Card — 3 to 5 business days
• Net Banking — 3 to 5 business days
• UPI / Amazon Pay — 1 to 3 business days
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — refunded to your bank account or Amazon Pay within 3 to 5 business days

Replacements

If you received a damaged or defective Demachy product, you may request a free replacement instead of a refund. Select "Replace" instead of "Return" in the Amazon returns flow. Replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days of the original item being picked up.
